"Staff was friendly. Rooms were immaculate. There was even a wipe on top of the remote to sanitize it! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the hours breakfast was available were longer than any other hotel I have stayed at. Check in and check out was easy. Applebees was a 2-minute walk away. A gas station was also very close by to fill up before heading back to the airport. Location was perfect to visit Norwich University!"

"I was here for three days and each day I was less impressed. I ordered a flank steak med rare from the Tavern and received the most well done steak I've ever received. On top of that, the "chef" said that the rest of the cuts left were not up to their liking and advised me to order the NY Strip instead. It's laughable you even designate someone a chef at such a podunk establishment. On top of that, I found used tissues in my tissue dispenser in my room and while I was walking by front desk I overheard the two employees conversing and one of them said, "Why are we entering rooms while they're occupied and without notice?”. I didn’t probe further but this seems like a huge invasion of privacy at an establishment you literally pay them for. The WIFI is absolute garbage whether you pay for it or not and you can't rely on your cell reception because that too is almost non existent inside the building. There were times where I couldn’t receive messages for multiple hours. I've stayed here in the past and it was fine but this stay was absolute bottom of the line for me. Hope you all improve in the future. "

"The room looked clean, the beds wer comfortable, the building well insulated.(noise) However, the Keurig didn't work, , we couldn't call the front desk to request an extra blanket, the soap dispenser was empty...breakfast was poor. (Cheap coffee, and the regular item served in any hotel breakfast ) "
