Room was clean and bigger than expected. Staff was friendly, helped us with local restaurant recommendations. Love that although parking is outdoor it’s covered so our car didn’t get covered in snow!

Checking in was a breeze and the receptionist we originally had was fantastic. The room was lovely and very quiet. We were accommodated for my disability and dog. However, checking out wasn't as smooth and the receptionist we had during this time was rather cold and I felt like she didn't really listen to our concerns, but I believe it stemmed from some miscommunication. The room itself was spotless and beautifully decorated and the hotel staff were always doing something around the hotel to keep it running smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again because it felt safe and welcoming.

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in partly because of vinyl wood floors. Nice area, comfortable enough bed. The only negative is the breakfast.

Parking is safe and in the same property. Hotel is new and staff is very friendly. Rosangelie, a peruvian girl, was very attentive and helpful. Everything was excellent. Breakfast could improve in variety. Besides that.....perfect!!!
