Location of the motel very convenient to our planned activities of shopping, Kippa Ring train station and ease of parking. Perhaps, some of the amenities like the hot water jug could be renewed.

Staff were not happy with my booking price,, and let me know about it. Room looked nothing like the website picture. Was clean but old, bathroom was not the greatest.

Liked that it was spacious and lots of room to move around. Had ceiling fans. Disliked water pressure in the shower, not enough power points, remote to TV was broken, some power points worked when turn off, bed was broken, one side of king bed was super uncomfortable, not enough privacy with blinds.

Motel is old but clean and tidy.. few things things need replacing/fixing such as cupboards in kitchen and bathroom... This seems to be in the plans.....overall a good basic unit. We will return and tell other about it....

This place needs a serious overhaul…quite run down. My room was large but filthy. Air conditioner filters looked like they had never been cleaned after I cleaned them due to an error code showing on the unit, hot water wasn’t great, kettle still had water in it from the last guest and mould on the ceilings.

Disgusting, did not even stay there, broken tiles etc in bathroom, discusting outside. couldnt get my money back as it was past the check in time. Ended up booking elsewhere.. costly weekend..

The place was filthy. No updates since 1950 in the apartment. Sign telling us to leave the place as it was found so we should of put the dirt back we removed! Washed the dishes but no tea towel to wipe up. Would have gone elsewhere but everywhere was overpriced due to school holidays.

The motel was not at all like it was advertised. It was dirty, and the property was very run down. Damaged power points, missing lights, urine smelling couch. It was also supposed to be 'daily serviced rooms' however the room was not serviced once during our 5 night stay. The 'fully self contained' unit we stayed in was not equipped to cook meals as it had pots/pans but no stove. There were cockroaches also throughout the unit and several leaking taps. The washing machine in the unit was disgusting and not usable and also had washing in it from a previous guest. The whole experience was horrible and I am bewildered as to how the motel is still operating. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was clearly very dated. Carpet very worn and stained. Chairs still up on dining table. Kitchenware not very clean. However, the price was cheap and the stay fulfilled its need.

The property was horrible, everything about the place was GROSS. We sought other accommodations and did not stay there. Dirty, run down, dumpy. Not 3.5 stars may HALF A STAR. JUST FOWEL. Carpets stained, toilet had left overs in it, room smelt like an ash tray, the Roman and surrounds was NASTY

Room was not displayed as per photos on the website. The rooms are clean but extremely run down. The curtains did not cover the window completely, there were no knobs on the fan controls. The couch sunk, some light fittings were without covers

This is an average cheap motel, The beds were comfortable but the room lacked maintenance. Broken Light fittings, Shower had mold in it on the tiles. Good hot water and pressure. Fairly quiet even though it was on a main road. Close to shops, Fuel and fast food. A bit of maintenance and a spring clean and you have a comfortable stay.

3 cigarette butts left by previous occupant of the room on the brickwork. Multiple people (maybe permanent residents) smoking outside our aircon unit sucking the smoke into our room. I moved the ashtray every time I went outside. The manager saw me move it once then took it away with him, well done to him.

Basil Faulty's ground level nightmare
This motel was very comfortable and clean, IN MY PAST STAYS. A change of ownership or management has resulted in a less than favourable establishment to stay at, the management was very terse and short (like I had just dragged him away from watching TV sport) when I arrived to check in. The room was even worse, with heavily soiled carpeting , prolific mould growth throughout the shower/bathroom, shower walls showing obviouse attempts by some amateur handy man to patch leaks, regrout tiles , fill holes left by fittings and fixture removals, replacement and repairs. Laminate fixture surfaces damaged broken and not clean in the corner's. Crockery uncleaned with most evident traces of gaudy red lipstick left on the rim of glasses and cups, cutlery left with dried on food particles. The shower suffered from water hammer, giving 2 distinct but discordant tones when the shower taps were turned on, the shower had an anying drip, this coupled with the female occupying the adjacent room screaching imto her mobile phone every minute of the 48 hr duration of our stay, threatening self harm to those unfortunates on the other end of her phone, little sleep was to be had. Basil!, this was our last stay at your ground level collection of faults. My sincere advice to future intending guest's "DONT ENTIRE THE THOUGHT".

Only good thing was it was clean. Furniture was old, tacky & uncomfortable. Stove old & rusty. Several lights not working. Housekeeping didn’t even make the bed. Left two days early.
