This 2-bedroom loft-style unit in the heart of the city is situated in the iconic Manhattan building on in 436 Ann street. It's primarily setup to accommodate up to 4 guests. Unrivalled location, very well connected with public transport, perfect connection for Airport, QUT, Woolworths, Brisbane River and board walks, and a short walk to the CBD and Fortitude Valley. It's just a short walk away from Queen Street Mall and surrounded by vibrant shops and eateries. The unit distribution and loft-style is inspired in the apartments in Manhattan. The apartment features two rooms with double size mattress, flowing over two levels. There are stairs to access to the rooms. With a seamless open-plan layout, the kitchen flows into the living area. The kitchen is full equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster. There are two entrance in the Manhattan apartments, one located in Ann Street and another that give directly access to the supermarket, GP, bottle shop, Subway, Priceline, gym 24 /7 and other stores. The unit is within walking distance to Chinatown, nightlife, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It is 10-minutes walking distance from CBD and Queen Street Mall. It’s 500 m from Story Bridge. There's only one toilet. Building facilities include Workout area, Hot tub and Sauna available 7am - 9pm. A washing machine is available inside the unit. There's no carpark in the building. However, paid parking options are available nearby. I use this property mainly to host guests. We will arrange your arrival time, I will receive you at the building main entrance. I'll give you the keys and explain how the property works. After your check in you can contact me for any inquiry. Friday and Saturday I promote a club in Fortitude Valley. Feel welcome to come with free entrance until 11pm. The room located downstairs has low ceiling. There's a window but can't be opened. Brisbane Riverside, the home to over 15 cafes and restaurants, bars and casual eateries, markets on Sundays, with the city's best views of Story Bridge is 5-minutes walk. The Riverwalk links the central business district to suburbs both up and down the Brisbane river.
