"The home was beautifully curated in content, both for use of equipment and visual enjoyment.There was plenty of space for 5 of us and the design separation of rooms was really well done.Having a lovely garden both front and back to provide privacy and light within the home was appreciated.Overall, we had a great stay. "I was asked to sign a document and return it but no pen was available. No pen with keys, no pen in the room. The tea caddy where the spoon was stored was very dusty. Everything else was great. Thanks. "

"Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. Bathroom clean & tidy.Negatives - Lounge chairs have seen better days & the edges of the seating cushions were extremely dry and rough. The rug in the lounge room on appearance is clean however when you sit on it, it clearly has not been cleaned properly for a long time as it was full of food crumbs etc, for hygiene reasons it should probably be replaced. The kitchen supplies were hit and miss, we had 2 drinking glasses for 3 people for 11 nights. Basic cooking utensils missing like vegetable peeler, Egg flipper, a knife sharpener as the knives could do with a sharpen etc. Washing machine was jam packed with washing (linen)which we assumed to be clean, however not sure so we left all in the laundry tub. Vacuum did not suck, cld find no blockage. There were no instructions for how to use the aircon (the screen on the remote was also partly blacked out so you couldn't see what setting you were on), the TV, microwave etc. The outdoor area has not been cleaned for a long time, full of weeds, very old leaves, needs a good sweep, one weed came up to my hip! Cld not sit out there to relax."

"Stayed 4 nights went well overall, however its more the experience afterwards that brings everything down for me. Hours after check out i recieved 4 messages through the app and text and 1 call from him about some child lock on a door being broken (photo attached) i hadn't even noticed it until later in our stay. When i removed a bag i had on the desk. My sister-in-law has the same child locks in her house, so if i did want to get through it i would know how, and there is no way my 5 year old would have the strength to do that kind of damage."
