"Handy location and good parking. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the mountains and lake, ideal to relax at end of day. Quick check in and quick to bring additional pillows when requested. Breakfast was adequate but unless you turn up at 7.30 when it starts, a lot of items go and not replaced. First morning we were a bit later (8.45am) and lot gone and had to hang around and wait for milk while a staff member prioritised wiping tables. I also hate having to be told where to sit, each morning placed in the busiest footpath of the room while others got window seats repeatedly. Didnt appreciate being disturbed by cleaner on first morning just shortly after returning after breakfast. Had to leave the room and leave her to it, reminded me of how b&bs used to operate years ago. Bathroom was spotlessly clean, room spacious but dimly lit. Beds for us were not comfortable as two pillows needed and yet still went very flat but thats probably down to personal preference."

"We enjoyed our stay and very impressed with how clean it was. The location was excellent in the town of Brienz. The town was nice and the lake beautiful. Parking was convenient and our host cordial. Would highly recommend."

"The location is amazing! We were so happy to get away from crowded spaces part way through our vacation. The property is located on a small ski resort and as suggested by the host, it would be best to arrive during daylight hours. The drive up the hill is narrow at times and winding but manageable. The property is located near some great hiking trails and really close to a cute restaurant that has the best soft serve ice cream I've ever had. The hosts were wonderful and really attentive. The only negative was that the space was a bit small for 3 adults but we would stay here again. I already miss having my morning coffee outside in the quiet looking at the mountains."

"The hosts were great! Very friendly and helpful.The property is really nice. It was more space than I was picturing with the listing and it was very comfortable. There are three separate spaces for people to be/hang out outside of the rooms, which worked really well for our family of 9. Parking was easy, and finding the place was also easy. There is a supermarket really close by that is open every day of the week including Sundays.I'll also add that it is a great location that won't get much attention in guidebooks and instagram, but it is incredibly beautiful and our kids loved going on the nearby toboggan sled and they also loved the scooters down from the (free) ski lift. We also did the other ski lift to the top of the nearby mountain and the views of Interlaken and Brienz and beyond were incredible. The costs for these lifts was free since we get a tourist card by staying here. Also, our kids loved playing in the stream across the street for a nice, relaxing fun time. So glad we spent more time in the village instead of driving all over Switzerland, and it was our kids favorite part. Would come back again!"
