Cons: not much but the main thing was the very smelly hallway they have from the back door that leads to the reception. "What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality! This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay. I will be staying here again next time I am in Interlaken. Cheers!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. As Americans visiting Switzerland for the first time, this property was super unique to us. We had incredible service and felt so welcomed. Just note that there is no TV in the room (who needs it with views like that) and the walk up to the hotel is pretty steep. If we ever come back to this area we will for sure stay here again. "

"Loved our stay here. Hotel had amazing views, an excellent breakfast and a very nice bar. Things in town closed early during shoulder season so we did like that the hotel had a place to hang out at night. There were large tour groups staying that could have impacted breakfast but the staff made it work and found extra seating when necessary. Spa and sauna needed a bit more instructions but was a nice option. "
