"INCREDIBLE spot in Brienz - this far exceeded our expectations! Host was communicative, responsive and quick to assist. The outdoor living space (which isn't pictured) is actually a quite nice little patio where you do in fact have a small view of Lake Brienz. We loved sitting out at night and watching the sun set over the water. Washer/dryer combo was amazing, and yes, the power goes off to them for noise regulation after 8PM, but as long as you start your cycle before 8PM, it will complete it. I was worried that it would cut off, but it completed it, which is helpful when you've been out all day hiking. Coop is a 2-minute walk, and train station 3-4 minutes. There is no AC but host provided us with fan upon request, so it was comfortable. This place is perfect for a family of 4. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Enorm mooie ligging midden in de natuur, op de boerderij van de eigenaren. De kinderen hebben genoten van de poezen op de boerderij. We zagen vaak reetjes. Kleine dorpswinkel op 5 minuten rijden en supermarkt op 15 minuten rijden. Vanaf het verblijf waren op korte rijafstand veel activiteiten te ondernemen in de mooie Zwitserse Alpen. Vriendelijke gastvrouw."

"Fantastic property in Brienz. We were very happy we chose to stay in the quieter town of Brienz. This place is great if you rent a car - ample parking and no extra cost. Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect setup for a family with kids or people who want their own single beds. We woke up our last morning to hoofbeats outside our window. Bliss. :)"

"This hotel was very nice. The room was adequate for the two nights that we spent there. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only negative thing was that the rooms were not air conditioned and it was very hot there. The doors/windows needed to stay open to let in some air and the road that the hotel is on is pretty busy. So if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the road might bother you. The beds also were very firm which we also are not used to. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly"

Close walking to everything in town including restaurants, shops, Brienz Sea, Steam train ride to mountain top, railway station and much more.
