We liked having a suite for our family. The parking over the weekend was handled very well by the parking officer and we appreciated that. Overall happy but here are a few of the issues we had.
1. Doorpad key reader did not work upon check in, had to go to desk 3 times to get issue resolved (once maintenance came it was resolved) Sam came to fix it and was AMAZING! They gave us so many great ideas for dinner and was so friendly and efficient. I ran into them another time during our stay and they were so kind!
2. Could not change temperature for air in suite (set to 68). One room was freezing, the other was not
3. Closet door was off track and hard to close
4. Was never given information on WiFi
5. Bathroom exhaust fan in one room did not work, the other was so loud it sounded like to would explode.
6. No body lotion in bathrooms
7. Bathtub faucet (tub to shower) did not close all the way when set to shower
8. If you turned the water knob too far towards hot, it got really stuck!
9. No dish towels or papertowels in the kitchen
10. The gym temperature was too hot!
11. No coffe or beverage station (other than a hidden water cooler) during the day
The ladies that work the food area were very kind as well. The front desk seemed short staffed upon check in.
Overall a little less than I would expect from a Marriott property.
