Quiet, but clean and pleasant. Owner was very welcoming. Breakfast area clean, light and pleasant. Most welcoming being the electric charging point and somewhere safe to keep a bike.

Fantastic location to get into Central London - the tube is about 200m from the hotel, but it's still in a quiet area tucked away from the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & the parking was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good value. Our room was one of the older ones in the property, so it was very tired and needed some updating - that said, it has all the amenities you'd need, it was clean, and everything worked! It was extremely warm as we stayed during the heatwave, but they did provide a tower fan. We'd definitely stay again, would 1000% recommend this as an affordable option for London - the Elizabeth line takes you straight in to Central within about 30-40 minutes. We had a brilliant stay!

When we arrived earlier than predicted our room wasn't ready understandably but we were given a free upgrade to one of their apartments nextdoor which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and had all the appliances you would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you at breakfast , everything was cooked to your specifications and served at your table. Even if you wanted something from the buffet they would bring it to you, you didn't have to move. Our stay was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

The room was super comfortable. But there was a cold spell! When I asked for more heat they responded immediately and I was given an electric heater that worked great. Very much appreciated. The walls are thin and noise in adjacent rooms or above is pretty loud. try for a top floor room or in the back!

I had a standard double room ( 1A) for one night only. Everything was very clean, linens and towels good, shower/ bathroom very small but shower powerful and seems recently refurbished. TV in room plus kettle and fridge. Space to hang clothes. I was able to park at the front of the property no problem. Overall, a good basic hotel, no frills, external areas and carpets in dire need of refurbishment. You get what you pay for. It was only £52.

This is my new go to place to stay while in Brentwood! The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating! The room was perfect in every way! It had a small icebox which was a bonus. Steps from the Lizzy line, multiple pubs/restaurants/take aways & shops in walking distance, parking if you have a car hire. Better than the local chain on the other end of the street, on par with the super bougie accommodation down the road.

Spacious Accommodation

My friend and I were accommodated in 2 double rooms either side of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Everything was protected by a pass key. The only time we've stayed in this sort of accommodation was a few years ago in Lanzarote so we really appreciated having the extra space.
