Prepare and savor your favorite homemade dishes with a full range of modern appliances including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. Indulge in your culinary creations at high-top table, which comfortably seats four people.

Unwind in the living area, where a spacious couch and oversized side chair beckon you to relax while catching up on your favorite show on the impressive 42" flat-screen TV. The bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed adorned with comfortable bedding and accompanied by a 32" flat screen TV. With the addition of the queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to four people.

Located within the Wildwood Suites Condominiums Complex, this condo offers more than just a superb location. Nestled beneath towering pines and evergreens and adjacent to a year-round mountain stream, it presents an idyllic four-season escape right on the edge of the Four O'Clock Ski Run in Breckenridge. With Main Street just steps away, you can spend your afternoons leisurely strolling, indulging in delectable dining, shopping for unique treasures, and exploring all the wonders that Breckenridge has to offer. The Wildwood Suites building also provides additional amenities for your enjoyment, including complimentary WiFi, an inviting outdoor hot tub, a rejuvenating sauna, convenient on-site coin-operated laundry facilities, and a serene common area featuring a cozy gas fireplace. Plus, if you're traveling with a furry companion, this unit is dog-friendly* (additional fees apply)!

Please note that Unit 206 is situated on the second floor of the building and may have a slightly warmer temperature due to its proximity to the laundry room and sauna below. In the event that it feels too warm, you can simply open a window and turn on the ceiling fan and/or window a/c unit (provided in Summer) for added comfort.

Conviennent and clean stay

We stayed at this unit in February and it was so convenient. Ski-in, two block walk to the snowflake lift, and a few blocks from main street. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and modern with great facilities. Very dog friendly which was important to us. My only comment would be to add some wine glasses to the glassware supplied. We highly recommend this place!

Walk to ski, ski back and walk to town. Can’t beat the location. It was a small unit, similar to hotel, perfect for our family of four with a great sized kitchen with all the necessities.

Fantastic Location

Absolutely loved our stay here, you cannot beat the location. It is less than a ten minute walk to Main Street and was perfect for a weekend get away with our pup. The place was very clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. It wasn’t a huge deal and I would definitely stay again.

Great spot but

Great spot, had everything as depicted in the information and pictures. Only thing to note is the pullout couch is extremely uncomfortable and unable to use. A couple stayed with us one night and had to use the actual mattress pad on the floor as the spring/bar would stick into your ribs.

Three days in Breckinridge

Great location!! Ski in only, but with easy access to bus service. Close to town. Clean and fully equipped kitchen. Only drawback, it was a warm to hot inside the unit. We never had the need to turn on our heater, and most nights we slept with an open window.

Great location- furry friends welcome

We booked this condo for a 4 day trip. It surpassed our expectations. Location is superb and walking distance to downtown or the gondola. Yes, it gets a bit warm due to the laundry being below but it was nothing an open window did not solve. We cooked in 2 nights and the kitchen is very well appointed for its size. Parking can get a bit snug but we all figured it out without hassle.

Just perfect

I’m sure many of the condos in this neighborhood are just as perfect- but that’s really what this was. The location to town, the walk to the lift, four o clock run is your back yard (was closed sadly to ski in, but we still messed around back there with our boards on what snow was left) picnic tables by a stream and by hot tubs. just amazing neighborhood to explore and enjoy the mountain/sunset backgrounds from your property. Would definitely come back!

What a score! We skied off the 4 o'clock run right up to the back of the building. Walked into town or to the lift. Ski storage nook behind the front door. Worth squeezing into the little place to be right in the thick of the Breck action.

Great location

The condo was clean and beautifully remodeled and a good location close enough to the Main Street. Our only bad experience was that I’m the condo was extremely warm, especially at night. However, thankfully we were able to open windows to cool off. It was also a little noisy because the condo is located on the main floor. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.
