Family get together
We had a great time. We are a family of 10 including a 2 year old. Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The house housed all of us easily without feeling like we were in too if each other. Bigggg kitchen which was good as we took turns cooking dinner and then all hands in for cleanup. The communication with the rental company was STELLAR. Always responsive. The only issue we had was my husband got hit in the back by a golf ball while playing with our grandson up by the hot tub. As one who has hit an errant shot or two you know the risks of being close to a tee box. We always felt safe and even met some of the resident neighbors. Highly recommend this property and this property mgmt company.

Fairview Lodge
The house was very family friendly and worked well for my group of 8 including a baby and 2 1/2 yr old. There were a few maintenance issues such as the hot tub needing a cleaning and a burst spigot but River Ridge Rentals was quick to respond and handle everything extremely efficiently. They also followed up after repairs which was greatly appreciated. One of the best managers I have ever encountered so kudos to the team. The only recommendation is more light in the bedrooms and a sound bar for the living room tv as it is very hard to hear with the sound bouncing off the stone fireplace. Would definitely rent this property again.

Very nice property for families
We were pleasantly surprised to have a nice warm garage to park our two vehicles in. Kitchen was well stocked and never ever ran out of hot water in showers. Hot tub was clean and hot and in great working order. Had a great time!

Fantastic stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood, great views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The house was perfect for our extended family. Everyone was very content with their rooms and the layout worked great. Only thing that would make the home even better was if there was a Bluetooth set of speakers to connect to for listening to music, as well as a Smart TV for connecting to Netflix, etc., for the kids. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our Breckenridge Home!
We had a group mixed of family and friends celebrating 3 birthdays stay 6 nights in February. The Fairview Lodge was the perfect home for our group! Exactly as described. Easy checkin & checkout. The staff at River Ridge Rentals was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The views across the fairway and of the mountains covered in snow were incredible! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back! During winter visits be sure to checkout: Roger’s Snowbikes, Extreme Sledding at Country Boy Mine, Performance Snowmobiling at White Mountain Adventures, Denver airport transfers via Slope Transportation and around town commuting and transportation via Jake’s Mountain Shuttle.

We loved this house. It had everything we needed for 11 people. Was only a 9 minute drive to Main Street of Breckenridge. The house views were spectacular. Well stocked. Everything was great and we will be back. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful house
House was spacious, comfortable, and located close to Breckinridge downtown and skiing. Property manager was easy to work with and responsive during business hours. Small tweaks to improve property: label switches so guests know which switch is for what light (there are a lot of switches) and check that all electronics are hooked up and working properly. I would stay here again and would use River Ridge Rentals.

Christmas in Colorado with family

Would stay again. Cleaners do a minimal job Had a problem with heating system…. But property management got plumber out in just a few hours…if you are not used to radiant heat… takes a little getting used to. North basement single bed bedroom has broken frame (not us). Hot tub needs to be cleaned. Great location Great view Kitchen was very well stocked Very nice… but fell short of amazing.

Beautiful luxury home in golf course. Stayed for family thanksgiving lots of room And house offered many amenities. Had a few issues with micro wave and zoned heating but it got resolved within 24 hours. Highly recommend if you have a big family gathering. About 10 minute drive to gondola peak 8 by car.

This was the perfect place for our group of 12 people. From the booking to the checking in and out process was absolutely exceptionally beautiful. Great view, fully stocked and well maintenance. This is a beautiful home a little outside of Breck, which I prefer. It's easy to get to, right off the main road and lots less traffic in the area of the home. Beautiful neighborhood with beautiful homes.

Very nice home and convenient location
Overall the property is very nice and well represented by the listing. It is roomy with 6 bedrooms including 1 with 2 bunk beds, and there are 5.5 baths. The location is superb being along the fairway of Brekenridge Golf Club overlooking mountains in the background. This makes it very quiet and scenic. The kitchen has most everything needed except for a Keurig. Almost everyone in the family enjoyed the gigantic hot tub! Some aspects of the interior were starting to show a bit of wear and tear, but nothing of significance except for one item. That one item of significance was the lack of any functional light-blocking window coverings in the master bedroom which eliminated the possibility of my wife and me sleeping much past sunrise. I contacted the rental company about this and was assured that this is in the process of being corrected. It wouldn't hurt to check prior to renting if this matters to you. If that is corrected, we would return with our large family for another stay!

Nice but needs work
This is a nice house for a large group of people. However, if you have a noisy family and we do you will hear each other in certain rooms (we had a crying baby and puppy below the master suite). The lower dishwasher rack was broken and in need of new wheels, a microwave in wall oven did not work, and the in floor heat t-stats did not control the basement rooms effectively. Lastly, lights in one bedroom tripped of so the property manager provided access the owners space where the breaker panel is located and I fixed the problem. Nonetheless, it is a lovely house with great view plenty of parking and work for our family.

A few days away
This home is more spectacular than the photos capture. The setting is serene, and the views are gorgeous. Our family was able to ski, snowshoe, and other outside activities and also enjoy staying in for meals and playing games in the spacious dining area. The check-in and check-out processes were simple and efficient. Do yourself a favor and visit this property - you won't regret it!

Much Needed Family Time
The property was even more impressive than it looked in the pictures. The view and light from the huge windows was wonderful. The property was spotless and the contact with property management was excellent. Due to COVID we did not venture into town and spent the whole trip at the house cooking meals in the large, well appointed kitchen. Our family was so grateful to have a place we could gather safely together in this difficult year.

Trip to remember
Our experience was an amazing one. The tourist attractions to the lovely house. The check-in process, the atmosphere was perfect. Despite the fire bans and COVID-19 our family was able to be together. We are beyond grateful and thankful!

Gorgeous, spacious home on a golf course! Golf course was closed at the time of our stay but we were able to use it to walk and jog daily. Home is very close to the town of Breckenridge.

Services 5 families!
The Fairview lodge was a great alternative to a hotel for 5 families. Our sons were playing in the 9280 Pond Hockey tournament on Keystone lake. The views were awesome and the house was a perfect size. We ate all meals at the house and it never felt cramped. It was great that everyone couple had a king sized bed and their own bathroom! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, heated floors (everywhere, even in the garage) and fireplace. The rooms offer good privacy, we couldn’t hear each other. It’s a very good location to Keystone. My only suggestions/feedback would be that it was difficult to regulate the shower temperatures and the loft bedroom shower water did not get hot at all. You could see a little wear on the house (loose kitchen sink faucet, drawer faces were broken in places, just other minor items with are trivial) All and all we would give the property an A+ and would stay again!

Location and House were terrific
The property is an amazing space with great backyard views. There were a few thing they can improve on but over this hkme hets an A. I would recommend bringing pillows as there are plenty of them but not as soft as our guests would have liked. The temperature was not as easly changeable as we would have liked. The upstairs bathroom did not have hot water for showering. The upstairs microwave did not work for us. Besides these faults... this House was sooooo great for our party of 12, and we had such a great time here. They supplied soap, dish detergent, washing machine soap, room humidifiers and a lot more. Very thoughtful in what they supplied and the ammenities included. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great job!
This property was perfect for our large group. The five bathrooms and six bedrooms were just what we needed and the kitchen was spacious enough to accommodate the cooks, the helpers and all the rest. The large picture window was great for watching the storms come in and it was soothing to watch the tall pines ebb and flow with the wind. We noted a few minor items that needed repair (like the pilot light for the fireplace was not lit) but we called on check in and it was fixed right away. Would definitely return to this property.

Great family vacation!
This house worked wonderfully for our needs! There was plenty of room for all our couples, and we loved the game room. If you're into running or need a nice walk, the golf course right outside provided a nice 1.4 mile loop. If I had to change anything about this property, it would be location. While sitting outside, you could hear a little road noise, though you couldn't hear anything from inside. Also, being RIGHT on the golf course may be nice for golfers, but otherwise you have golfers passing right in front of your view all day. All that being said, we loved it and will definitely be back for our next family vacation!

Laundry woes
Dryer took 2 hours to dry medium loads. Worked well at beginning of week but not at the end despite a call from maintenance,

Wonderful Mountain Stay

Very Nice Home
This home was beautiful. Loved that all the bedrooms had attached bathrooms , and had plenty of towels for everyone! The large dinning room table was so nice. An unexpected surprise was humming birds on the deck. We came across a few problems, like the front door didn't work. But it wasn't to bad entering from the garage. Although the refrigerator was really small for as many people that the house sleeps. There was an extra refrigerator in the garage, but it wasn't plugged in or cleaned. So we just made due. Overall the stay was amazing, the staff was wonderful!! Any questions or problems were addressed almost immediately.
