Located in the Forest Hills area of Breck, featuring sweeping mountain views of the Tenmile Range and the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort. You’ll love the quiet and serenity, and you’re just minutes away from downtown and access to the resort. Dreamscape Breckenridge is your retreat into the mountains with space for all your family and friends and is sure to make your next vacation memorable.

This premium 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is perfect for groups of up to ten. The living area is breathtaking, with wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows letting in the natural light and views. There’s also a huge Smart TV, a pellet stove, and plenty of comfy seating for relaxing and conversation. The kitchen features beautiful counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable holiday meals. There’s seating for six at the dining table, four at the counter and even more additional seating at the surrounding island bar. Need to get some work done on your trip? There’s even a desk/work area for keeping up on emails.

Just outside, the expansive patio area has lots of great seating, two tables for outdoor dining, a gas grill, a wood firepit, and of course, your own private hot tub! (Please note in the winter months the patio furniture will be stored away and not useable, the hot tub and grill we still be accessible). Other amenities in this exclusive mountain home include a laundry area with washer and dryer, a one-car oversized garage plus two driveway parking spaces, and complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Ski month in Breckenridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has beautiful views, a lovely hot tub, well outfitted Kitchen and very comfortable living space. It was also well located. We did have a problem with the steep driveway and the fact that the garage can only fit a small SUV. Our Tahoe had to stay outside. We also had over 28" of snow the month we stayed, and the plow service was non-existent. We had to shovel and salt the driveway ourselves. Summit Mountain rental was very responsive to our requests.
