"We stayed at the property during a heat wave. The air conditioning was set at a temperature that made it unbearably hot, but we were not able to set the temperature ourselves. It is only set remotely, up to the owner's discretion. We communicated with them, they said they re-set it. A few hours later, it was still hot. We communicated again. By morning it was a more normal temperature, but still on the warm side. We decided to leave a day early because of this. I communicated that we were leaving early to the owner, and there was no response. Everything at the property is just slightly 'off'. Like you can only access something by going through two bedrooms. Or stairs that go downstairs to nowhere. Outlets placed behind heavy furniture so not easily accessible. Couches placed in such a way that watching tv is difficult without craning your head uncomfortably. No garbage cans in any room but the kitchen. No paper towels or towels or anything like that. I guess just - the guest's comfort is not something in the forefront, in other words. I definitely wouldn't stay here again."
