I like the location of this hotel but was a little disappointed. It has extra charge for using gym or sauna. Also even restaurants supposedly were open was no one on it, My visit was in early January and it may be the reason. Other than that staff was really friendly and in general service was good

It was the first time for my wife and I in the city and this hotel was a great choice. It is very well located and it offers a fantastic view of the Danube. Excellent customer service.

Hotel rooms are bit dated (curtains with dark spots…), breakfasts are plentiful (with dry ham, cheese cuts and cakes). Although Expedia advertizes so pool is available, guests are charged in addition to enter. Hotel cleaning staff never says hello to guests.

I wont be back
The room had an unpleasant musty smell. The furniture was looking tired and the room also was past its prime. I raised this issue with reception who smirked and acted like I was deluded with my concerns. I was moved to another room, which was not as bad as the first. I just accepted that I had made a bad mistake in selecting this hotel, and that i was only there one night. The breakfast was good however, and the pool downstairs was pleasant.

4-Star Hotel With 2-Star Service
The hotel was fine. Really nice location. Clean. Absolutely no complaints on the rooms. But the service...leaves a lot to be desired. The bar was abandoned for 5-10 minutes. And while I have seen that before, the front desk was similarly unstaffed for several minutes. And when the people were there, you really got the impression that either they didn't want to be there...or they didn't want you to be there. Zofia was particularly unfriendly. Maybe it was just a bad day.

The room was spacious and clean, as were the rest of the areas of the hotel I used. The location was very convenient for me for my stay and the staff very very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again in the future.

Fine to be there, the parking should be for free
Overall a good place to be. Old style hotel but nicely renewed. Very friendly personnel. One negative point: the parking for 19EUR/night is insane expensive!!

The hotel has nice view on the river, and has great location a minute from city center where you can find everything, around nice Resturant’s and shop. The price comparably is the best.

This was a fabulous hotel in the perfect location. Beautiful views of the Danube with the old town right behind the hotel. Staff were fantastic and we felt extremely safe during this strange Covid time. We will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to a trip in the future.

The Hotel Devin is an exceptional hotel located a few steps away from the city's Old Quarter overlooking the beautiful Danube. The servide, hygiene, room, spa were all top of the range and the staff were very fruendly

Great service & stay at the Devin Hotel Bratislava
The Devin Hotel is classic, clean, well located across from the Danube River and in the center of Bratislava. We have stayed in other comparable hotels there but must give the Devin the nod now. First time staying here and and excellent experience. The check in receptionist was terrific (as was all the other staff). At check in I first said we wanted a quiet room off the street area. She persuaded us to take the higher Danube River view room. She was entirely right and her persuasion is appreciated. Absolutely quiet room with an amazing view. The sauna, steam room and pool area was also an initial attraction for booking here. One of the best we have experienced in a hotel. Overall great service and stay at the Devin Hotel in Bratislava.
