"What an apartment, possibly the best we have stayed in and we travel at least 8 times per year. The location is in the new Nivy part of town, very clean and the added bonus of bars, restaurants and a huge shopping centre close by. The apartment was super quiet, we didnt hear any noise from any other room. The blinds on the balcony also kept all light out, it was perfect! Super clean, great location, 5 mins from the shopping centre walking and 20 minutes walk from old town. Would stay here...

When is the best time to go to Bratislava?
The best time to visit Bratislava is typically during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October).

During these months, the weather is pleasantly mild, making it ideal for exploring the city's sights on foot. You'll find fewer crowds compared to the peak summer months, which means a more relaxed experience at popular attractions like Bratislava Castle and St. Martin's Cathedral. The parks and gardens, such as the Presidential Garden, are particularly lovely with blooming flowers in spring or colourful foliage in autumn.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway will appreciate the comfortable temperatures and fewer tourists, allowing for leisurely strolls along the Danube Promenade or through the charming Old Town without feeling rushed. Many outdoor cafes and restaurants are open, providing a pleasant setting for meals and drinks.

Solo travellers will also find these seasons beneficial. The more moderate crowds make it easier to navigate popular areas and engage with local culture without the hustle and bustle of summer.
