Fantastic historical place highly recommend if you love this type of places very helpful staff ♡ Recommend if you are sensitive to noise ask before the staff to ensures a room without noises.. I personally more sensitive and couldn't stand the noise coming out from the bathroom after showering staying the noise from the evening until the morning.. Otherwise everything wonderful ✨️ Definitely worth the experience!♡

An absolute gem of a hotel, we loved staying here. They were kind enough to upgrade us to an absolutely wonderful room which was huge and had an incredibly comfortable bed and an enormous bathtub. Great view of the Brasov hilltop sign and lovely velux windows onto the starry night. Unbeatable location on the town square, great breakfast included, and fabulous little details in the room with traditional Transylvanian designs. Very lovely helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed in the room that I had. When I walked into the room it was very small and had zero character. The bedspread and toss pillows looked filthy. The location was great and the staff was kind, but it didn’t make-up for the awful room. My friend had a room in the loft area and really liked it. Luckily, for me it was only 2 long nights!

Excellent location and old world charm. Easy access to transport for excursion activities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Old town square has beautiful view! Only down side is that it’s several hours from airports but it is what it is and we looked at it like an adventure to get there! Restaurant food and breakfast food was quite good too. Would definite recommend to stay here if visiting Braşov.

Great place to stay.
First off, what a truly fantastic location. Right in the heart of things, step out the door and the old town square with all its restaurants and terraces is right there. The staff on reception were fantastic, we arrived 2 hours before check in but this wasn't a problem. Our room was ready and we were unpacking our bags within minutes. Though they have their own restaurant we didn't try it out as we preferred to eat out. But if you want to stay in then they provide you wit a 10% discount voucher upon arrival. Only thing I would say to be aware of, is that due to the location there is zero parking. Nearest road side parking is about 50m or so but spaces are limited, a car park is further up the road but once again this can get very busy.

We accidentally booked Casa Wagner (mix up with other hotel name) and were totally surprised that we had to schlepp our big suitcases up so many stairs. And that after rolling them over mostly cobblestones as we had to park our car far away. (We gave up after nearly an hour of searching for a space close by.) Room No. 6 was loud as their is a little alley where a restaurant was having their bottle storage and inside there are tables across of the room where people can sit, work or play. So, I guess you need to get the right room and best is not to arrive by car as the central location is great otherwise. This labyrinth of rooms and halls was just not for us.

Magical place to stay right in the main town square. Shopping, sites, and food are all right outside your door. Staff was amazing. The in-house breakfast is also superb. I cannot recommend highly enough. Simply outstanding.

Room was clean and in good condition. There has been an extensive (and successful) effort to modernize a very old building. Location was great. Our room did not face the main square so there were no problems with noise; there was a bit of restaurant noise but it was not very loud or late. On our last morning we had a wait for our train, so we asked for a bit of extra time for check out and they cheerfully gave an extra hour; its the little things like this that make for a good experience. Our room was in the attic. It was a neat place but the stairs up could be difficult for some people.

The most charming hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms have wood timbers and are full of lovely historic character. The room window opened to the main square which was nice. the Location is unparalleled. The breakfast is simple but tasty and there is a nice variety. I would stay here again during my next visit to Brasov.

Charming and comfortable hotel in the middle of old Brasov. The location is PERFECT for all the sightseeing and as a tour pick up and drop off location. Cute shops and restaurants surround the area. The staff are so nice and the hotel has everything you need.

This is such a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town in Brasov. You walk directly out into the square which is a lovely area to sit and have a coffee in the sun. The place was very clean and within walking distance to the mountain which offers many amazing and beautiful hikes. The only downside is the wifi dropped in and out for our room because of our distance from the router. However they have a very comfortable and quite communal area with strong wifi if you need it. Had full bars of 4G though so was not an issue. We did mention this to staff and they were extremely helpful with doing anything they could to help.
