We have stayed at numerous hotels and condos in Branson over the years, but this was our first time staying at the Savannah, and even though we chose it because of the stellar reviews, it still exceeded my expectations. The thing that immediately comes to mind on what distinguished it from most hotels were the amount of employees working in every area providing exceptional customer service. Every associate we encountered was professional and pleasant and we will definitely stay again.

We stayed here due to the high reviews. When we arrived there was a sign saying they’d be back soon. After 20 minutes we started calling and someone answered the phone and then came up. It didn’t set a good first impression. Everyone else we encountered was very nice and personable. Great service after that point. The hotel is very dated. It was very humid throughout the hotel and smelled musty. The rooms had an air conditioning unit by the window. The room wasn’t able to get cold until the evening. The one big positive was the pillows, they were more comfortable than a Marriot. Average noise levels. In the evening, the pie served with icecream was a bonus. Overall, it is a nice place to stay but we will not be returning.

Super clean, the staff very friendly. Breakfast was great and icecream and cobbler at night was a great touch. Definitely will stay here again when we come Branson.

Overall property was clean as well as the room small issue with air conditioner when turned on was real musty smelling which filled the whole room. Breakfast was mediocre and the first morning we went down all the trays were empty of food so we eat at a buffet in town.

The staff is very friendly. We stayed in the building across the street from the main building. It was nice that the dessert bar and the breakfast was provided in our building. Everything is very clean. That is #1 important to us.,

Great place to stay. Room was clean. Great water pressure and the water is really hot which is awesome. The cobbler and cookies every evening is an outstanding bonus.

Well kept, clean. Rooms were comfortable. Like all hotels horribly overstuffed pillows. Wonderful breakfast bar and evening dessert bar. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Off the busy strip but still close enough to everything.

The breakfasts were very good and were managed very well. There was an evening treat of cobblers, cookies and ice cream that were very good after an evening show. The room was in great shape and very clean.

I feel like the good ratings must have been because of the dessert bar. The facility is quite dated and smells old. There were four people in my party. I reserved two rooms and they tried to put us in different BUILDINGS…not just different floors….literally in different buildings. They got that fixed, we went to our building, and the room keys didn’t work. We call the front desk and are told they’re with a customer, they will call us back. In their defense, they did appear to be quite understaffed. But, I would be very unlikely to stay here again.

We love this hotel and have stayed here before. The facility is excellent. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is superb and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The big treat is the cobbler, soft ice cream and cookies they serve every night along with coffee and hot chocolate. One of our favourite hotels.
