"My husband and were unable to stay. He was rushed to the hospital the day before unexpectantly. I messaged the owner asking to cancel and asked for a refund even though I knew the policy was no refund. We had reserved on Friday for a Sunday check-in and I was messaging Saturday early morning. I too am a VRBO owner and have shown mercy for an unexpected emergency. However the owner was delayed in any response and eventually stop communicating. "just want to let you know. it was a great place but one of the toilet was not bolted down and there was a weak spot in one too. other than that is was great."

"The inside of the property was very clean, there was a snack basket which was awesome. The only issue with the property was the outside lots of trash in and around the building. I would stay there again if we do anymore festivals in Orangeburg. Overall good place just need some outside cosmetic work."
