"On the surface the place looked lovely when we arrived. The floors and kitchen area were clean. However we then noticed all the makeup stains on the chair cushions. There was also no mirror in the bathroom. We then discovered after we had put our food in the oven, that there was no oven gloves or t-towel! We did connect the owner and got a reply straight away, but nothing ever arrived. We were there for two days! There was no fitted sheet to put over the sofa bed, and lots of crumbs on there when we unfolded it. When I stripped the sheets on the bed I found false eyelashes and a false nail! "
