"The staff were super helpful when we got there late and didn’t know what to do about parking. They were friendly and genuine. The hotel was great about being accessible around town and food locations near it."

"We were told our room would be facing the courtyard. There was no courtyard to view, only a street view. Traffic noise from the street was quite loud, especially around 4:00am when commercial vehicles were driving up and down the street. Sounded like they were unloading their vehicles. Considering the location of this room we would not stay here again."

"Hotel is conveniently located in SFO, but needs a good renovation. Rooms are outdated, lighting is really bad, especially in the bathroom. Bathroom is actually pretty ugly. Rooms are already expensive and parking is 65$ a day. "

"Room very clean. But hotel was in construction the hallway was dirty and my room had a plywood covering a hole in the shower ceiling. Outdated. A lot of construction noise on top of my room. My room was on the second floor. They should information the clients that is in construction before they book the rooms."

"Good location, expensive parking and breakfast (it's a full buffet) - but you can usually get a "discount" when reserving thru a 3rd party. Overall good value for the city."

"It is in a great location to Fisherman's Wharf, just 1 block up. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. $65 per day for parking was the downside. But I guess that is normal for SF. The "hot" breakfast was on the cold temperature side. But, I would stay there again."

"Everything was great!!! The only thing I have to complain about is the Valet. The price was overpriced and they didn’t know how to drive a manual. The valet did damaged to my transfer case. One of them had to google on how to drive my truck and put it in 4x4. Drive on the highway and within 20 minutes the transfer case was smoking and left us on the side of the road. Never would recommend their Valet."

"We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay! Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful; room was perfect size and very comfortable. The lobby and fire pit patio were very nice and cozy. Location was perfect and walkable. Parking garages are close and affordable if you don’t want valet."
