"Always a special time when we stay here ! "

"When I booked I didn’t realize this was an extended stay. My first bad encounter was with the staff when I requested an iron. She told that there was not an iron available and she didn’t know when she would have one. I did ask if that was common for other guests that they have booked, to not be able to accommodate something as small as an iron? To which the staff at the front desk proceeded to get an attitude with me. I then requested a refund, due to the attitude of the staff. Upon returning to the room to collect my belongings, there were two pitbull’s loose in the hotel hallway and running directly at me. There were so many things wrong, that I’m glad I decided to cancel my stay. When I returned to the front desk, she then offered to call around to other rooms that had an iron to see if she could get one and asked if I would like to change my mind about the stay. I declined and booked a room next-door at the countryside Inn, which provided excellent service. I was at this hotel for less than an hour when all this occurred! They still kept one nights stay so I was out that money. They also charge 10.00 if you want clean towels and only offer cleanings every 14 days. Please save yourself the headache, book elsewhere! "

"The gym only had one treadmill. The restaurant was never open for lunch. Room looked like it needed a "deep clean""

"Front desk person tried to overcharge me $300, 1 of the only 2 elevators worked, pool was cold, poolside bar was closed, they didn’t clean the beach, breakfast was bad and the place stunk"

"The ground floor room was ideal for access to the pool, beach and tiki bar. We never used the front door. I have been coming to Daytona for many, many years and have never stayed at Perrys. We think we have found our new go to! Thanks for a great weekend!"

"This is an older property so have appropriate expectations. Lots of road noise but room was clean and the A/C kept the room appropriately cooled. "
