Air conditioner made a horrible noise . We did Not get back to our room Until 1 am after a concert, called the front desk 3 Times as my Daughter was having trouble falling asleep. No answer at the front desk . So I just had to keep shutting it off and then turning it back on when room got To warm . A lot Of the staff didn’t speak any English either so was hard to even report the problem ! Would never stay again .

they advertised restaurant bar had none got to my room there's earplugs couldn't figure out why next morning they're tearing up the street on that side of the hotel no one should have been on that side of the hotel
