"I booked an additional night becuase I was finding it difficult to leave this wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing. The pool, the reason I stayed here, was clean, well kept and enjoyable. I appreciated the pool reservation system as it ensures hotel guests, have access during their stay. The was noone putting towels on chairs to reserve and then disappearing for three hours. The hotel is an easy walk.to the Pavillion and restaraunts on the wayer. Overall a great experiencd."

"Apparently there is a speakeasy bar directly underneath the hotel. They played a loud concert until about 1:00 a.m. I was on the 7th floor so it didn't bother us but I feel really bad for the people with rooms on the first floor as you could hear it extremely loudly in the lobby. Kind of ridiculous for an expensive fancy old school hotel like this to allow such a negative thing to affect the experience of the guests on the first floor."

"We stayed for a week and the hotel was great. The staff is friendly and even when our ac stopped working, they sent someone right away to fix it. Even though the location is not in downtown Boston, the silverline bus is steps away from the hotel. This bus takes you to south station where you can go anywhere. You can also walk around to other areas feeling safe, its important to us since we took both of our kids.The free breakfast was good, note they dont serve pancakes, waffles or french toast....
