With public transit and quick highway access, commuting to Boston and beyond is seamless—perfect for balancing relaxation and convenience.

Welcome to our spacious, family-friendly retreat! This thoughtfully redesigned home combines the charm of a historic property with the modern comforts travelers appreciate. We removed walls to create an open-concept kitchen and dining area, added plush furnishings for cozy gatherings, and equipped every room with smart TVs and high-speed WiFi—perfect for both leisure and remote work.

Spacious Layout Across Two Floors:
This home spans the second and third floors of a charming two-family residence, offering plenty of space for families, groups, or business travelers:

-2 Bathrooms (Hair dryer, and iron & ironing board are provided. (Please note, face cloths are not provided)

The living room features a plush sectional sofa and oversized smart TV, while a dedicated office nook provides a quiet space for work.

✔ Drip coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and wine glasses
✔ Quality OXO kitchenware (no flimsy utensils!)
✔ Baby gear: high chair, child-safe Tupperware, and more
The dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the island .
(Pantry staples like coffee, oil, and spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.)

Note: This room is designed for infant/toddler sleeping only—not extra air mattresses.
For peace of mind, the home is fully de-leaded.

Parking: 2 tandem (back-to-back) spaces, exclusively for your use
Comfort: Heating throughout, plus window A/C units in bedrooms & living spaces (installed late April–October, weather-dependent)

Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance):
This unit has window AC during the warmer months. Per state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31 and NOT controllable by unit. For AC installation or seasonal switchover requests, message us in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on your stay dates.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy

Hose inside toilet came loose and sprayed water all over when toilet flushed. We were able to reconnect it. Coffee maker wouldn’t work so we had to go out for coffee every morning. Big inconvenience! Wish there were some throw blankets to cover with while watching TV.
