The hotel is lovely. Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a great restaurant on the main level. The room service breakfast was very healthy and fresh. The room was very clean and quiet. I travelled with my 3 year old maltipoo Colin - the staff was very welcoming of Colin

I loved the hotel dog and the restaurant attached to the bar. Housekeeping was spot on, but the door men were expecting tips each time they opened the door for you, please!

Location was perfect, staff was wonderful and the foyer and lobby and the bar/ restaurant was amazing! The guest rooms were good, bed was comfortable and room was immaculate! My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was weak! Other than that a very good experience!
