"Our 2 queen room was not the one pictured on the website. It was in the back building up a flight of stairs that you had to drag your suitcase up yourself (no elevator access). The room was very small. They had stuffed 2 queen size beds that touched the side walls with a single night stand between them. There was less that 18 inches of clearance at the foot of the beds and the desk/chest of doors and frig on that wall. It was an old room with no closet so they had a wardrobe in the corner. There was not enough room to open the door of the wardrobe more than about 15 inches so you had to wedge yourself into the corner and reach in the 15 inch crack. There was no luggage rack and minimal floor space so we had to put 1 suitcase on the desk and 1 on the chest of doors. The light switch for the bathroom was behind the door so you had to go into the room, close the door and feel along the wall in the dark. There was a timer on the bathroom light and it turned off the light every time in the middle of my shower. There was little space in the bathroom for toiletries and only 1 hook for towels. Whoever designed the room did not actually stay in it as the problems would have become readily apparent. They should have charged us a lot less than what they charged for the room pictured on the website."
"Staff were so friendly from check-in to check-out. Room was nice and quiet (atrium view) Modern bathroom and good shower. Location was amazing! So close and walkable to the harbourfront, Faneuil Hall, and Quincy Market. Less than a mile from Boston Common. Couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay again."
"The hotel is located in the center of Boston & very convenient as a subway station was right there. Room & bathroom were smaller in the size, but functional. Nice bed to sleep. The top floor is a bar (separate from the hotel) & has a great view. Check in & our are fast & smooth as you do it yourself at a kiosk. There are people there to help you! Unfortunately & surprisingly a staff didn’t know what/where JFK Presidential Library was when we asked for the directions…"
