My only issue was the noise outside of the hotel at night, and was not able to adjust the temp in the room. Staff was polite and room was clean.

I stayed for three days in a room without windows, with glass bricks letting pass a tiny light as it faced the inner court at ground floor, so small that the sink was placed by the bed as it didn't fit into the bathroom

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel is old and the rooms are very small. The single came with a twin bed and the bathroom was tiny and the shower had no water pressure. Fortunately, the staff was helpful and nice.

I recently stayed at a Found in Boston in a coed 4-bed room, and I must say it was an interesting experience. The location was amazing; it was easy to access the Common and was central to almost everything you would want to visit. This made exploring the city extremely convenient. The room itself was cozy, but the beds were quite noisy, which could be a bit disruptive during the night. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the curtains provided privacy, allowing for a more comfortable environment despite sharing the space. One of the highlights was the ease of using the locker, which was spacious enough to accommodate two carry-on size bags. This made moving in and out of the room hassle-free. The bathroom was quaint and served its purpose well, although it was a bit tight on space. They provided essentials like soap, lotion, and shampoo, which added a nice touch to the stay. Plus, it was great to see that linens were changed daily, ensuring cleanliness throughout my visit. The elevator was a little sketchy, so I preferred to take the stairs when possible. There was also a small nook available for guests to eat or relax, which was a nice option to have if you needed to kill time before checking in or after checking out. Just a heads up: if you need to use the restroom while waiting, you have to pass through the laundry room to get there, which felt a bit unusual.

The location was great, only two blocks from Boston Common. It is close to convenience stores and places to eat. The service was excellent especially Kendall went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable. I will say that the rooms are on the small side as well as the beds, a double bed was smaller than a normal double bed. I asked to upgrade to a room with a queen size bed and Kendall was very helpful in accommodating us at no additional cost. The other unusual thing we encountered was a weird noise with the AC, this was not the usual noise of when an AC starts, it was a very loud noise that would sound when the AC was off and every so often; sometimes waking you up in the middle of the night. It constantly went off in the first room we were in, it also went off in the second room we stayed in but not as often as in the first one. All in all, because we mainly were just there to sleep, once we moved to the room with the queen size bed, we were fine. The location and the service made up for it.

The property location is very close to Boston Common and Boylston St. Shopping, restaurants, bars are all within a couple of blocks. That said, the hotel seems to be pretty run down and my room was very, very small. It was a really good deal, relative to other hotels in the area, but the property could use some updating. The staff was very nice and accommodating though.
