"First and foremost I just want to say if you aren’t booking with Expedia, you need to start! My stay at Moon Palace was such a pleasure! From the cleanliness of the room/resort all the way to the staff! Everybody was extremely helpful and kind. Huge thanks to Expedia for the complimentary room upgrade and the sweet surprise in my room! The view of the ocean from my balcony room was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend anybody visiting Jamaica to stay at the Moon Palace. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"

"The most all inclusive resort we have visited. The watersports and some excursions are included which makes this resort stand out. The services and food are very good. The dinning food was exceptional. The only negatives would be the internet coverage. It was spotty at best. Also, I requested minibar service three times and never received. "

"The breakfast menu was limited - the room was clean but did not have soap or lotion. We had to use shampoo to take a shower. "

"My overall stay was very good. The breakfast was delicious, staffs were very attentive and courteous. However there was just too many mosquitoes in the rooms, no wash cloths were provided and the towels could use a softener of some kind because it was very rough on skin. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "My wife and I will never stay here again and recommend no one else stays here as well. The service was slow. The plumbing in two different hotels rooms broke down. The music at the bar was loud till later evening hours. The beach front of the hotel is a joke. There were some undefined areas told not to sit down on. No staff available in evening. After putting up hotel issues 2 nites we demanded refund for 2rd night and got the hell out of there. Hotel is located in a sketchy and dangerously looking area like a ghetto."

"The best aspect of this stay was the breakfast because the delivery was punctual, and the portions were suffice. I was not provided with wifi upon entry nor were the instructions placed in the room - had to use data throughout. And lastly, I did not get any housecleaning services. I was told that they offer that service every other day, but my room remained the same way I left it every morning on my way out; I only got towel changed once and I had to request it. "

"Everything was great. The staff were amazing, and they make you feel very welcome. The beach is beautiful and private. They have so many things you can do on the property and will help organize any adventure outside the property as well. The owner was there and made sure to introduce himself to us when we arrived. I understand why many guests we met there have been coming for so long. We will definitely return. "
