"Specifically asked for bottom bunk, got a top one, made of very light gushed steel. As I climbed it, aacim a big man it all tipped over and crashed to floor on top of me I received mild concussion. It was luckily helped by others. The bunks are not boltedbto the floor, the area is not near the city, not many English speakers there Close to Aldi, basic kitchen"

"The sharing room of this hotel is really nice. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. Maybe because I was almost alone in my room after a guy who comes from Norway left but overall it's nice. Especially, the restroom and the shower isn't separated."

"The property is located on a side street, which is wonderful. It is quiet and sleeping works well. These are singke rooms but each floor has a shared bathroom, which I didn't realize. However, it is kept very well and clean. The house seems to be new. I felt safe as a woman, which is important to me."

"The hostel location was really close to Buchenkamp U-Bahn station. ALDI supermarket was at the end of the road. The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). It has everything you need and it is close to public transportation to go out and enjoy the city. One thing that should be obvious but I didn't think of before arriving: the boat does move a little bit because it's on the water and when it is windy."
