"Perfect for visiting Parma. I didn't need to use a taxi to see any of the central areas of the city because the studio is so well located. "The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We...

"Even though we were lost and running late, our host Oksana waited patiently for us and welcomed us with open arms.
