"I paid extra to book a Harbour View room but the room overlooked the ground floor dining area with air conditioning on its roof. The carpets and upholstery are worn out in places. We came back at the end of the day to find that the room had not been cleaned and then were told that we should should hang a sign to have the room serviced, which wasn’t told at check-in. "

"Stayed for a wedding which was fantastic all around. The grounds are incredibly scenic and the house is lovely. Had EV charging which was handy to leave with a full charge. Room was clean and tidy and everything we needed. Breakfast was really good, great selection and well cooked. Would stay again"

"Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going to go back again except if work relàted."
