Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Gradignan, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 95 m ÂČ and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 24 mÂČ, equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 mÂČ. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 24 mÂČ with sofa, TV, Wifi (optical fiber) and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates (gas).

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, bed linen and towels included
- Bedroom 3: 140x190cm bed.
- Bathroom with bath

L'Arriga "This is a typical country house with enough space for a family and a secure garden (essential for us as we have a special needs child who tries to escape). The kitchen was well equipped but we kept on banging our heads on the extractor fan which is very low and overhangs the oven and hob. It would be fine if you’re under 5ft3 but any taller than that and you need to watch out. We had some lovely meals eating outside in the garden, the children found some bowls to play with which was fun. The washing machine and clothes horse were really useful. Overall the house could do with some TLC (particularly the bathroom and toilet which left a lot to be desired) but it was homey, spacious and excellent value for money."

Het huis is fors en heeft een ruime tuin. De locatie leent zich uitstekend voor bezoeken aan Bordeaux en wijngebieden. Het huis was schoon, gedateerd en van alle genakken voorzien. Aan het toilet kan de eigenaar nog wel iets verbeteren.

TrÚs bon séjour dans la région de Bordeaux

La maison est idéalement située pour nos séjours à Gradignan. Elle est simple, propre, spacieuse et trÚs bien équipée. Située dans une impasse, elle est vraiment au calme. On reviendra pour nos prochains séjours.

 🙁 Obligation d’installer un lave-vaisselle, changer le micro-onde (trop vintage qui a du mal Ă  rĂ©chauffer les plats), machine Ă  laver Ă  mettre ailleurs que dans la salle de bain, chasse d’eau mal placĂ©e ce qui fait qu’on ne peut pas relever l’abattant du WC, aucun contact avec la conciergerie ou les prioritaires (qui visiblement habitent en face), inventaire non effectuĂ©. Robinet de l’évier de la cuisine fuit Ă  sa base, sachet de carottes entamĂ© retrouvĂ© dans un placard 
 plein de jus, toutes pourries et moisies !!! C’est pas TOP !!!"
