"I travelled 4 hours I’d booked pet friendly room The manager said I could not stay there as I had two dogs Nobody asked me how many dogs I was taking It was awful I was in tears "

"Booked one night as a last minute get away not having been here before. All I can say is we can't wait to return. It's only 15 minutes away from where we live so can't believe we've never thought to stay there before. The standard double room was great. Lovely big bed which was very comfortable and the rest of the room facilities were good. Booked the room with spa access which was amazing. We love thermal suites and this one was one of the better ones we have visited with a very ornate pool. Later on we dined in the restaurant both having filet steak which was cooked perfectly. Starters and deserts very tasty. We both enjoyed a really good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed, followed by excellent breakfast. All on all, one night just wasn't enough and we will have to look at coming back very soon. "

"Absolutely fantastic stay the room was amazing and the staff were so welcoming . The restaurant nice and cozy serving top notch food and good portions also. The bar was very nice with a good offering of different beers and lovely clientele . Will definitely be returning here and would recommend to anyone."

"I stayed in room 103 for one night on 19th March 2026. My room was on the side of the building, facing the end wall of another building. Not nice at all. Suggest you ask for a room with an open view. Breakfast was good, in a downstairs room. Checkout was 10am, rather early I thought. Would I stay there again? Maybe, price was good in mid March. Llandudno is a lovely town, always worth a visit."

" Yes there were shops nearby plenty of pubs Hotel was pet friendly at an extra cost. We booked in but had to complain about our room and straight away the receptionist found another room. It was nice and would definitely be using it agai"
