Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. They did not offer a refund for the price difference I paid for that room. 2nd issue was the brown blankets are thin and don’t cover the bed enough. The AC works extremely well you may need to keep it low.

I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff always kept an eye on me and did everything they could to make it a great experience. I absolutely will go back here. Their part of the beach is very beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that the native people are allowed to come around on the beach and try to sell you stuff… cups, sunglasses, hats. I didn’t want to be hounded to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff! It was a clean resort. Drinks were good. Food is pretty good. I drank the non bottled water and ate the ceviche and fruit. Didn’t get sick whereas I previously had at other resorts.

Property was very clean and modern. Very happy with our stay! Africa was wonderful for the water aerobics, July was a great pool side server who was quick and always happy, and the kids club crew were all amazing!! They made our kids trip so much more fulfilling and exciting. Thank you all!
