First night (about 20:00-22:00) we needed to find another hotel because an emergency situation. "We were really disappointed by the poor quality of service or customer attention. This is obviously a large, corporate conference hotel, but there was a strong sense that the staff did not care. There is a cumbersome lift system that is slow and unreliable, and you can't even access the toilet in the lobby without a key card. Check-in is slow and tedious, and the staff here and at the Concierge desk are dismissive and sullen."

"Beautiful hotel. A bit tricky to navigate with a bit of an odd layout and spiral stairs that can be hard to get heavy luggage up and down, but very beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has a/c and feels more modern. Only thoughts were: 1. It was freezing, I tried to turn the a/c down it was so cold. I even started to get a bit of a stuffy nose from the cold. All-in-all with it being 28 degrees outside it wasn't the worst problem to have. 2. The tv didn't work. Again, not a huge deal. I didn't go the Paris to watch TV 3. The double bed was essentially two twin beds put together. As someone who sleeps in the middle this was tricky at night as they separated a bit. But again, not a major problem. I bet it would be easier for couples. Great spot, super convenient and really excellent staff."

"Aucun air climatisé pendant une canicule! Ont a dû ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas mourir de chaleur mais du bruit à proximité toute la nuit! Donc pas beaucoup de sommeil! L’hôtel mentionne que l’air climatisé n’est pas accessible au printemps!! Il fesait 32 degrés Celsius et la chambre était un fourneaux."

"It had excellent access from the train station and very nice front desk staff. It was supposed to have a great restaurant... NOT! It was more like Holiday Inn food. Yuk. Service bordered in non-existent. The shower was so tiny that my elbows kept hitting the sides."
