It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), perfect for working from home or making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, stove, oven, sink, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a washer and dryer. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
The bedroom, facing an interior courtyard, is furnished with a queen-size bed and a high-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with fresh bath towels for each guest. The apartment has a full bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. It is also equipped with a hairdryer, as well as complimentary toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to start your stay.
Your safety is our top priority, which is why the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
