The apartment sits at the perfect location in the heart of the city with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had.
The space is nice and perfect for a few people. I would absolutely stay here the next time that I visit Paris.
Very nice, well located flat. Was as per the photos provided. It is on fourth floor but the steps are shallow and wide and not a real issue. No AC but the host provided a mobile AC unit. Check in was easy with keys in a key safe nearby.
Spacious flat, big windows. Suitable for a family. Well-located. The flat is fully equipped with towels, kitchen appliances, shower gel.

Liked: Location
Pros: Central and quiet location. Walking distance to many sights and Les Halles public transportation.Cons: Poorly designed and equipped kitchen (no toaster; coffee cups don’t fit Nespresso machine; heavily scratched frypans).Bed needs replacement and bedroom carpet heavily soiled. Supplies lacking - no dishwasher detergent
Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything and willing to help anytime.
Great location. Could have been stocked better. (TP, garbage bags, coffee etc.). I own VRBO and always make sure it’s well stocked and has coffee for guests. At least enough to get started. Great location!! Suitcase was definitely too heavy to cart up 4 flights of stairs. Overall a really nice place.
It is a wonderful location. The key cafe works well but remember to return the key set that has the key cafe fob. We didn't realize the two sets of keys were different. Great light and space. The four flights of steps are manageable. I would check if the bedroom mattress has been upgraded for support.
The main thing that stood out was the lock on the door -- had major issues trying to figure out the lock as it's not easy and the video tutorial on how to open the door isn't accurate. Sometimes made me hesitant to leave because I didn't want to have to deal with the struggle of trying to get back into the apartment.
