"It rained throughout the 3 nights we stayed at Phòng Nha. Luckily for us this guest house/hotel had a restaurant so we didn’t have to walk outside to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a simple but very good value place, with nice rooms, a swimming pool and a fantastic view. I would go back there if I returned to Phòng Nha"

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."

"Hôtel is listed as 3 stars. In reality it’s between 1-2 stars, but probably 3 stars Vietnamese style. Property is run down. Bugs in the rooms. Very poor breakfast- basically eggs and pho. Options for accommodations are very limited in phon gna. "

"Hotel Review I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Our first room was in terrible condition—there was mold on the ceiling, and the entire room felt damp, even the bedsheets were moist. The air had a musty, earthy smell, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the room was dirty, with dust and cobwebs in the corners. In the bathroom, there was a hole in the wall and no hand soap provided. After complaining, we were given a new room the next day, but unfortunately, it was only...

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."
