"Het is een mooi ogend hotel in op een centrale plek nabij het nationale park. Wij waren er vroeg, maar dat was geen probleem, helaas was de kamer met zwembad zicht dus ook berg zicht niet beschikbaar die wel geboekt. De toegewezen ruime kamer oogde schoon, maar in detail absoluut niet. Het was zeer vies onder en langs het bed en in de kast. Kapotte blikjes frisdrank op de koelkast. De koelkast zelf was leeg en stond uit. het beddengoed had diverse vlekken en brandgaten oftewel zijn beste tijd...

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."
