Great, relaxing, cozy, experience. Staff were very kind and accommodating to our request for a late check out. Hotel is close to town and the park which made riding a bike around very pleasant. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Good location in Phong Nha, walk to restaurants or use their bikes. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts were excellent. The Villas are a little small but very clean and just off the street so you don't hear the traffic. Beds were comfortable and had a good sleep here. If ever back in Phong Nha we would stay here again.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The owners of this property were extremely hospitable and so kind during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here! Lovely breakfast and coffee in the morning as well.

The staff are really friendly and happy to help. The location is quieter as slightly out of town, but bicycles can be hired for free from the hotel and everything is really easy to get to. I ate my evening meals there and the owner made me really great vegetarian food. Breakfast was included and really very good as well. The hotel is basic, but the sheets are clean and the location is convenient. I’d stay again!

The people who work there are so helpful and friendly!! It’s located a bit outside of the town, so really nice if you would like it peaceful. They offer free bicycles so you get into the centre quickly. They also helped us renting a motorbike

Our stay at Phong Nha Mountain House was the best of my trip travelling for 6 weeks. The room in a wooden stilt house overlooking the pond and mountains in the distance was beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the size of the room and bathroom were great. Breakfast was delicious and was prepared right on the time we chose - the breakfast spot was absolutely beautiful. The family that run the property were absolutely lovely and were always very attentive, helpful and friendly. They also have the cutest little dog Even though the hotel is a bit outside of Phong Nha my favourite part of our trip was actually cycling into and out of town on the free bike that was provided. If I am ever to come back to Phong Nha I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect homestay while visiting Phong Nha. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. You are still near all the reatiraunts but far enough to not have to hear cars and motorbikes all day and night. The staff was also 5 star.

Room was excellent (mountain view as well since we had the corner room), Staff were awesome, Location was Superb, Free Bike Rental was awesome! We got to explore Phong Nha by bike and it was awesome! They prepared us breakfast of our choosing from the menu, which was great. Very beautiful location. Wifi was a bit of a challenge, but it's the perfect time and place to disconnect and simply enjoy nature

Absolutely amazing! Room was gorgeous and spotless, Ms Ai and all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Without doubt, this has been the best stop of our trip and I hope Mountain House will let us come back in the future! We had dinner at Mountain House one evening and it was excellent - real home cooked food. Free use of the bikes was great and Ms Ai organised a cave tour and a moped for us. An incredible stay that made us feel truely welcome!

VERY nice place !

We spent 2 nights in that place. It was a very nice experience. Owners are nice and kind and they speak English, the food they serve is delicious and the area is quiet ( after 10pm ). I definitely recommend that small and cute hotel to anyone who want to visit Phong Nha and the caves.

The hosts are very sweet and helpful, and the bungalows themselves are unique and clean, but the beds are SO hard that I had trouble sleeping and was in quite a bit of pain the next day. If you like a firm mattress, this is the place for you!
