"Great location to eat and walk around "

"Room was great, spacious, and clean. The housekeeping staff (especially Isabella) was superb and very friendly. The front desk staff was not great. Whenever we had questions or asked for items for our room, it was either answered with an attitude or a roll of the eye. The pool was freezing and apparently we were supposed to tell the staff 4 hours prior that we wanted to use it so it would be warm enough to use. The key cards do not work properly for the pool or fitness center. There's a little trick you have to do to make the key card work to get into the pool. Overall it was an okay stay. Definitely do not plan on staying there again. "
