4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Mattress was very uncomfortable. So much so that I woke up in the middle of the night with back pain . Light and shade in our room were both broken. Pool was stark and exposed and would benefit from some landscaping. Gym was fine but too warm and the thermostat was locked. Some equipment (yoga mat!) needed to be replaced. Coffee was good and breakfast was decent.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of a few issues with staff. The hotel, amenities, bfast, etc was excellent. However we were not able to check in at 3 - we needed to wait an extra 1/2 hr. In addition there were no towels at the pool. Despite asking several times no one ever brought any.

Staff was welcoming. Property was decent. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. Only issue was a leakage from the toilet. We did have to ask twice to get it fixed but got it fixed within the same day we reported it. Parking is easy. Break room is clean and gym was convenient.
