"Great location. Easy to get to. Had little reception on way to Townsville when they called. Found out that if I didn’t answer that call, they would have given my room away. So be careful. More than 💩 would have hit the fan... travelling 5 hrs, family of 4. Customer service in that area definitely needs work. Everything was clean, smells nice, but the extra non-paying visitor, cockroach, we could have done without. Its an older place, but if it's just to sleep, it's perfect."

I was not disappointed with anything, I was able to have the children over for a sleepover and they loved the swimming pool and view of the ocean and the pool from our 3rd floor. The staff were happy and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. My room was serviced daily and after busy days it was a pleasure to come home to. I will return again without a doubt.
