"A lovely country pub. The landlady was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets in the room. The food was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. Even freshly brewed coffee which you do not get in hotels. We were pleasantly surprised."
"The property was very reasonably priced for this weekend as nearby hotels were very expensive due to it being graduation weekend at University of Nottingham. The owner was friendly and cooked an excellent breakfast which was included . It served its purpose for the one night stay ."

"I stayed over night as was going out in Nottingham the hotel was well central for my night out, and very convenient easy to find in car or walking.
Check in was quick and easy parking was straight forward breakfast was good and filling."
"Stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The position couldn’t be better just 5 mins walk to St Peter’s square and other town centre shops, got plenty of pubs and eating places on door step and the train station is less than 10 mins walk. Hotel isn’t anything fancy but is clean and confy"
