We loved the private swimming area, smaller quaint town, all while being close to the big attractions. The area just moved slower, we could walk everywhere and the hotel breakfast / gym was amazing. "Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. FYI, there’s a shared small fridge in the hallway."

About 15 minutes to Spiez train station and about 30 minutes by bus to Interlakaen Oust Train station."
