I loved everything about your beautiful hotel and property. So convenient in every way. Staff, rooms, breakfast, spa and so on were great. Dinner at La Gare was the only disappointment. during out 2 night stay. Food not great and service was lacking. Thank you again for a great stay. We’ll be back!

Good hotel. Staff unpleasant as a matter of personality -- better suited to be front desk at a bus station. As a past guest we requested room with view; we were given room facing a wall 10' away when the hotel was more than 1/2 empty. Good hotel; very poor desk staff. They need re-training in a different profession.

More than 600 CHF a night for worse than three star hotel condition. Room was big, but not even basic amenities were available such as tooth paste. Breakfast was simple but ok. The receptionist in the morning was impolite and ignoring. In gernetal, an overpriced but outdated hotel with insufficient staff

Stayed about 7 days and left to another hotel, because horrible insistent at the spa. The spa got a large nice swimming pool ( that was the only reason we stayed there) however a hotel guard is very aggressive and we left because he run in to the females shower screaming and threatening to me and my young 11y old daughter ( who was on the shower). He knew we were there but decided to come in there to scream and threaten us, because we were a few minutes late the spa closing time. It was really scary experience. Please be very careful there especially if you are a female. The security guard is dangerous and capable for anything.

Very nice hotel to stay, perfect location

Great stay in this hotel with a top service. Parking is really nearby and belongs to the hotel itsself. Important information I missed, please drive tothe death end of Gstaad entrance and turn right to the train station and then left to the hotel barriere. Go to the reception and all comes good ;-) All I missed was a large breakfast :-(

Great hotel, great location.

Every year I attend the Swiss Open Tennis in Gstaad. The hotel is conveniently located five minutes by foot from the Toy Emerson stadium and directly in front of the main train station. What is also good about the hotel are the different restaurants located both within (4 restaurants) but also many others located around the area. The staff are very friendly and are the same personnel for many years. Always a good sign. If the weather is having a bad day then stay in the hotel and visit their indoor swimming pool. There really is everything you could wish for.
