"Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

"Ryan Mabrouka was exceptional. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I had a massage there that was awesome, and the food was top notch, especially the amazing dinner we had on our last night. One of our favorite meals on our Moroccan vacation!
