With 2 full beds, 1 king bed, sofa/futon, and queen size air mattress this cozy retreat offers a comfortable stay for guests. Choose which body of water you’d like to cast a line, our cabin has a creek, lake, and pond! Go for a walk, drink coffee on the master balcony with private stairs, or go kayaking!! Sit by the fire pit or grill with family and friends under the house looking at the water or under the string lights by the pond! It’s the perfect spot! Enjoy the convenience of the shopping center nearby, white sand beaches, 5 miles from casinos, 15 minutes from the airport, and military bases! We can’t wait to host you and for you to experience the Gulf Coast at Cedar Lake Cabin!

Even though it wasn’t needed I appreciated the host having those items that you may forget at the home available. It really made me feel thought of as a guest. It’s a cozy cabin that is quiet and peaceful yet still close to shops.

We had a wonderful quick weekend getaway with six girls, and this VRBO was perfect for us! We loved sitting by the water in the mornings, enjoying the fire pit at night, and walking the property as it was very peaceful and beautiful. Inside, the attention to detail really stood out. The hosts thought of everything: Bluetooth speakers, smart TVs, cozy reclining chairs, extra blankets… all the creature comforts that made our stay feel extra relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic escape!

Family vacation

Such a sweet and cozy place. Outdoor living area was very relaxing! Comfortable and soft beds. Far enough away to have privacy and close enough to all beach activities. The Lake was beautiful.

Amazing Holiday Stay

Some friends and I stayed at this property to celebrate the 4th of July, and we were astounded at how wonderful our stay turned out. The host made everything so easy, and everything about the place was spot-on. We were all sad to leave, which is the sign of a great trip. I’d recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice, quiet place on the water; the kayaking and fishing were great! Also, it is very close to beaches and casinos, so our days were filled with things to do. Overall, we loved our stay, and we’ll hopefully be back!

Lovely property, responsive host, easy to access and very peaceful. The lot is a great size and the firepit was a fun feature. All enjoyed it. If you stay there with more than 4 people, please note the inside common area is very small as is the kitchen. The table for meals only seats 4 people, the bedrooms are nice, large and having 2.5 bathrooms is great.However, if you stay here (or any place where you elect to pay for the insurance offered on VRBO's site), take photos of everything when you arrive and when you leave. Some kitchen items here were not a set (random coffee mugs) or did not have a full set (only had two stemmed wine glasses and one stemless wine glass), etc. I didn't think anything of it. It didn't bother us, and we didn't feel it was worth bothering the host about. We just used what was there and available. But we were notified a couple days after we checked out by the insurance company noting several items they filed claims for against the insurance policy. Nothing was broken, missing or removed from the property when we checked out. Also, I did let the host know the fridge was not cooling properly one evening but by the time she responded the following morning, we had to throw away the local seafood we purchased and milk, etc. as a result. Didn't make a big deal about it; those things can happen anywhere. But if you bring a dog, make sure to remove all poop or pay an extra 50 fee. Our family had a lovely time here & would recommend it.
