This new beachfront custom 1 bedroom unit is part of a triplex development on the beach in Bay St Louis. Quiet relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Bay St Louis.

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath is 600 living sq feet with a private 8'x8'' covered porch overlooking the beautiful beaches of Bay St Louis. Open living room and kitchen floor plan. Living room has a sleeper sofa and tv. Fully furnished kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size bed. Bathroom has a tub with tile walls an large custom vanity. Washer and dryer in the unit also.
Downtown Bay St Louis restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance.

TV are smart tvs with WiFi for you to login and stream with your accounts.

Trip with the husband to get away and relax. We had a great time. House is perfect for a couple. We had stayed in one of the 2 bedrooms last year. Always clean and very nice location.

Great location

This property is very clean and neat. The location is great with a public beach and pier right across the street. It is a very quite neighborhood of nice homes. We liked the full kitchen with full size appliances for cooking inhouse meals. It is within walking distance to town but if driving around traffic is no problem in Bay St. Louis.

Relaxing Beach Trip

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days to relax. It was a time of rest and rejuvenation that was desperately needed for us. We enjoyed time at the beach, as well as a trip to the Creole Creamery and Shaggy's. The house was perfect for our needs.

Lovely place across the street from the beach.

Two adults stayed her on a three day weekend. Great place, everything we needed, note to property-no cutting board. Everything worked, we could see the Bay from the windows. Parking was perfect. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a much needed getaway and it was perfect you can sot on the privatw porch and see, smell, and hear the ocean. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes it is right across the road. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I have already booked a second trip here.

Very comfortable and clean property

It’s a very nice property. I enjoy walking, so I walked on the beach and to restaurants and coffee houses. I didn’t spend much time on the beach but there were several families with small children at the beach in front of the property. When I did call Autumn with a question she answered the phone promptly and was very courteous.

Nice place

Overall, very nice and clean. Property is very close to the beach and restaurants. The only negative was the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Would’ve been nice to have a regular mattress instead of a solid foam one, and maybe some nicer pillows. Would’ve also liked an extra blanket on the bed instead of just a sheet and thin coverlet. Otherwise, it was nice.

6 day stay for middle aged couple

We stayed for 6 days while visiting some friends in local area. Pros: Bay Saint Louis is a delightful community and within walking distance. The beach is a very short walk across a low traffic road. Unit was extremely clean, modern, and as described. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances seemed brand new. Washer and dryer a nice plus. Unit is best for a couple as space is not large enough for more than 2 adults and perhaps a child. Host is incredible at quick and helpful communication. Onsite parking. Only wishes: One more comfortable chair for watching TV as couch is at awkward angle for TV watching and cannot be moved. Dresser in bedroom would be nice and allow for unpacking of clothes. Overall, a wonderful unit, very clean and modern and worked well for us. Recommended. FYI: BYO your own beach towels and chairs for across the street beach area.

Comminication was awesome, stay was beautiful, 12 minutes maximum walking distance from Bay St. Louis center, Beach and ocean is across the street. Could not of asked for a more pleasant stay. Everything descibed and pictured in the ad is accurate. Will be booking again for sure.
